This is the pilot of the “Causality in Tuebingen Meeting”, bringing together different views on causality and causal inference. The motivation is the intellectual curiosity to understand overlap and differences between concepts of causality and where this takes us.

Potential outcomes: History, framework, and use cases

Speaker: Michael Knaus

When: Thu 8 Dec 15h-16h

Where: Mohlstr. 36, seminar room 331

Michael will be presenting on the potential outcomes framework, which is the workhorse for causal inference in economics and statistics.
