The ML ⇌ Science Colaboratory is

‣
part of the ML Cluster of Excellence Machine Learning: New perspectives for Science

The ml ⇌ science colab is a core facility of the Cluster of Excellence Machine Learning: new Perspectives for Science. We are affiIiated with the CS Wilhelm-Schickard-Institute for Computer Science at the University of Tübingen

With our activities ranging from applied ML research to training through hands-on collaborations with scientists, we strive to support the goals of the cluster:

To enable machine learning to take a central role in all aspects of scientific discovery and to understand how such a transformation will impact the scientific approach as a whole.

embedded in the Tübingen AI Ecosystem and research community

The ml ⇌ science colab is part of the thriving AI research and application ecosystem in Tübingen, which includes the University and the Max Planck for Intelligent Systems.

We work with ML researchers all across Tübingen to help domain specialists across the natural sciences, the social sciences, and the humanities in the University of Tübingen.

Tuebingen Research Campus

Tuebingen is a research city. One of Germany's oldest and most renowned universities and a wide range of top-level research institutes, including several institutions of the Max Planck Society, the Leibniz Association and the Helmholtz Association, are located here. Together, they make Tuebingen an ideal place for science and research.
